Pisochne Lake, on the shore of which CHEROT appeared, is a lake of karst origin with low sandy shores. Pisochne is surrounded by a pine forest and its shores are overgrown with various herbs. A lot of reed grows in the waters of the lake, which in the folk lexicon of the western Polissia has a special name – cherot.

It is a reed that decorates the facades of the CHEROT hotel and is the prototype of its name.

We are inspired by nature

Rethinking local traditions, we created modern architecture that organically weaves into the local landscape.

By erasing the boundaries between the outside and the inside, the environment becomes part of the interior.

Behind the mirror

At night, going out onto the pier, you can lose your sense of reality: in clear weather, the stars are reflected in the smooth water as if in a mirror.
